Join us for a transformative weekend of embodiment, healing, and sacred connection at Beit Aruna—a serene and magnificent healing and retreat center in Herzliya, Israel.
Located close to the beach, Beit Aruna offers a stunning environment with a beautiful swimming deck, a lush garden, ancient olive trees, and tranquil spaces to rest and reconnect.
Over three days, we will immerse in the practices of Aruna Yoga, exploring:
- Daily yoga sessions for all levels
- TRE -Trauma release
- Deep meditation and stillness
- A soulful celebration of Shabbat with creative expression
- Time to enjoy the pool, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere of Beit Aruna
- Massages available upon request (at additional cost)
