The Aruna Survival Kit

In this 5 day training you will be taught the essential tools of Aruna Yoga for self enquiry, self regulation, emotional presence, TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), yogic practices for health, healing, and improved quality of life and more.

You will learn meditation techniques, ancient yogic practices applicable to daily modern life, breathing exercises and how to use creativity and art as a way to process emotions.

You will be exposed to a new way of experiencing reality and ways to shift old patterns and unhealthy patterns.

There are 2 trainings in 2025 in Israel and Portugal:

Dates in Israel:
Sunday 2nd – Thursday 6th March 2025
(In person and on zoom)

Daily Schedule:

10:00-13:00: Session 1

13:00-14:00 Break

14:00-17:00: Session 2

This training forms part of the Yoga Alliance Registered Aruna Yoga Teacher Training (200 or 500 hours) but is being offered for the first time as a stand alone training in 2025. If you choose to continue to certification, you can continue with the trainings either in person or on zoom. Please click here for more information.

Join Nicki Forman in Sintra Portugal in the summer of 2025 for an Aruna Experience to learn to integrate the Aruna Essential Survival Kit!

This is a separate retreat which can be used as Yoga Alliance hours (for 500 hours or continuing education)
